Solana: Cannot withdraw from Phantom Wallet
Solana Wallet Issues: A Annoying Withdrawal Experience
I’m reaching out to the Solana community for help with a frustrating issue I’ve encountered while attempting to withdraw funds from my Phantom wallet.
I recently withdrew 0.6 SOL (Solana’s native cryptocurrency) from my automated trading bot GMGN and deposited it into my Phantom wallet. However, when attempting to access my funds, I received an error message saying that the wallet cannot collect network fees.
To make matters worse, I’ve attempted to withdraw my funds using a variety of methods, including checking my balance on the Solana blockchain and attempting to access my wallet via the Phantom app. Unfortunately, none of these actions were successful.
The problem seems to be that Phantom Wallet cannot handle the network fees associated with withdrawals. Despite this, I have tried withdrawing my funds using multiple methods, including the “Withdraw” action in the Phantom app and sending an API request via the Solana CLI.
Despite my efforts, I am unable to access or withdraw my Phantom Wallet funds. I have tried restarting the wallet and bot and updating the Phantom Wallet software, but nothing seems to work.
I am concerned about the impact this issue may have on my trading activities and overall investment strategy. If anyone has experience with similar issues or knows a workaround, I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance.
Update:
I have been informed that Phantom Wallet recently updated its network fee processing features to improve performance during high traffic periods. However, this update may introduce new bugs or compatibility issues that may cause problems for users like me.
If anyone has any information on this issue or a possible solution, please let me know. I thank you for your help and look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible.
